2024 Fly Quiet Award Winners Revealed
The 19th annual YVR Fly Quiet Award winners were announced at the Chief Pilot’s meeting in May. These awards are designed to raise awareness of noise issues within the aviation community and encourage good noise management practices at the airport. Winners are selected based on having the lowest annual noise level measured using our Aircraft Noise & Operations Monitoring System and being on good standing with the YVR Noise Abatement Procedures.
We congratulate the following winners of the 19th annual YVR Fly Quiet Awards:
- WestJet Encore (Propeller Aircraft Category)
- Porter Airlines (Narrow-body Jet Category)
- Qantas Airways (Wide-body Jet Category)
